Select the proper link to make your payment. Direct bill refers to a bill that comes directly from your insurance carrier, and is paid to your carrier. Agency bill is a bill from Defy Insurance, and is payable to same. If you are not sure, please call for assistance.

If your policy is in cancellation status, or you have received a notice of cancellation please contact your account executive, or call

877 780 4626. Payments on canceled policies will be returned by the carrier.

Agency Bill:

Select this link ONLY if our agency sends you a bill, and you need to make a payment directly to the agency, or if you been specifically instructed to use this link by a Defy Insurance team member. We can take a check payment, there is a small ACH fee. Credit Card payments will include a higher fee which is paid to a 3rd party processing company. Defy Insurance does not receive any compensation on any fees charged. Defy Insurance also pays the processing company just for the ability to offer this service to our clients. Do not make direct bill payments through this link
